Meet the CEO Candice George
Trinidadian born and a former Elementary School Teacher and an Event Planner Candice has brought forth her Arts and Craft talents to her cultural roots of Carnival to Baltimore. Candice Carnival Creations has been competing in the Baltimore/DC Caribbean Festival since 2024 placing 3rd in Small Band and winning 1st place for Junior King, 2nd place for Junior Queen and 3rd place for both King and Queen in 2025. It is with great pride that we will be competing in the parade for 2027. To be a part of the parade please pre-register. Pre-registration will go towards any costume you choose when we launch.

Candice Carnival Creations exists to preserve and promote Caribbean culture through education, community engagement, youth development, and cultural arts. We aim to provide meaningful experiences that teach the origins and importance of Carnival while empowering the next generation through creativity, cultural pride, and access to artistic opportunities. Our mission is to educate communities about the global history and cultural significance of Carnival while creating safe, inclusive, and empowering opportunities for youth and families to engage in Caribbean arts, music, dance, costumes and design for parades.
